The guarantee

Your agent gets a delivery date in writing before the build starts: live and doing its job within 30 days of the kickoff call. If the date slips, the build continues at no additional cost until it runs, and your 90 days of included hosting do not start counting until it does. Need it faster? The fine print, in plain English

• Your agent runs in your accounts. If it needs third-party services to do its job — an OpenAI API key, an SMS number, a transcription service — those accounts are set up in your name during the build and you own every login. Usage (AI tokens, SMS and the like) is billed to you directly by those providers and scales with your volume. For a business doing around $1M a year it typically runs about $150 a month. We tell you the expected running cost before the build starts.
• After your included 90 days, hosting, monitoring and fixes are $49 per month. Cancel anytime, or move the agent to your own server using the handover document at no charge. Nothing to decide today; we will ask before your included period ends.
• Changes to what the agent does after delivery are scoped and quoted separately. Fixes to what it was built to do are covered while hosting is active.

What exactly do I get for $500?

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe the job to a new hire, you can describe it to us. You will never touch the builder. You get a working system and a one-page explanation of what it does and how to turn it off.

Will this work with the software I already use?

Almost certainly. We build against the tools operating businesses actually run on — QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Twilio, Airtable, HubSpot, Calendly, most phone systems and most CRMs. If something in your stack has no way in at all, we tell you on the first call instead of after you have paid.
