Welcome to Blueprint Syndicate (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using blueprintsyndicate.com or purchasing our digital products and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
## SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive updates, notifications, marketing messages, and other communications from Blueprint Syndicate.
– Message frequency varies. – Message and data rates may apply. – You can reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. – By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number provided.
1. Digital Products and Services
Blueprint Syndicate sells digital products (including automations, workflows, templates, and documentation) and consulting services. All products and services are delivered electronically.
2. No Resale or Redistribution
Purchased digital products and services are for your individual or business use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our products or materials in any form without written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, digital products, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Blueprint Syndicate. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Blueprint Syndicate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. All products are provided “as is” with no guarantee of specific results.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Mobile Terms of Service
Blueprint Syndicate

The Blueprint Syndicate mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Blueprint Syndicate (“Blueprint Syndicate”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Blueprint Syndicate’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Blueprint Syndicate through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Blueprint Syndicate. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18666054872 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Blueprint Syndicate mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Build and Automation Services
These terms apply to every agent build, Growth System, and Full Build purchased from Blueprint Syndicate, in addition to the general terms above.
Scope and pricing
Single agents are sold at the listed fixed price. Growth Systems and Full Builds are quoted individually: the listed prices are starting points, and your fixed price and written scope are confirmed after the scoping or teardown call, before work begins. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it is performed; we do not bill hourly and we do not start unscoped work without your approval.
Third-party services and usage costs
Agents typically depend on third-party metered services — for example AI model APIs, SMS and voice providers, phone numbers, and similar. These accounts are opened in your name, their API keys and tokens belong to you, and their usage fees are billed to you directly by those providers at those providers’ rates. They are not included in any build price and Blueprint Syndicate does not mark them up or resell them. Where a required third-party account carries a subscription cost, we tell you before the build starts. Keeping those accounts funded and in good standing is your responsibility; an agent cannot run on a suspended or unfunded account, and time lost to one does not count against our delivery dates.
Included support and what follows it
Every build includes a support window from the date the system goes live — 90 days for single agents, Growth Systems and Full Builds unless your written scope says otherwise. During that window, hosting on our infrastructure, monitoring, and fixes to in-scope behaviour are included. After the window ends, continued hosting, monitoring, changes, and new work are paid services, offered on a flat monthly plan or quoted per change. If you prefer, you can instead take the system in-house at no charge: we hand over the build and its documentation and you run it on your own infrastructure from then on.
Delivery guarantee
Every build receives a delivery date in writing at kickoff. If the system is not live and performing its scoped job by that date for reasons within our control, we continue building at no additional cost until it is, and the included support window does not begin until the system runs. This guarantee is a commitment to finish the work — it is not a refund of fees for work performed, and it does not apply to delay caused by unavailable third-party accounts, missing access or credentials, or changes you request to the scope.
Payment
Single agents are paid in full at checkout. Growth Systems and Full Builds are invoiced per the written scope, typically half at kickoff and half at delivery. Invoices are due on receipt, and ongoing monthly plans are billed in advance. We may pause work or hosting on accounts with unpaid invoices after written notice.
