You have 14 days to inform us that you would like a refund after onboarding is complete. This can be done via email. After that period, all sales are final and a refund is no longer possible. All refunds requested before onboarding will get a full refund. Once onboarding is complete, a fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund to offset onboarding costs.
